Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and PulseQ, an independently operated educational question bank and study system. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to support@pulseqbank.com. Accounts are individual and may not be shared.
Educational purpose
PulseQ provides educational content only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, certification, or a guarantee of examination performance. Do not use the service for patient care or submit protected health information.
Free beta access
The public beta currently provides unlimited Endless Practice with saved progress. Timed mode, Tutor mode, focused review blocks, and the full analytics workspace are reserved for a future Premium plan. No payment card is collected and no subscription or automatic charge is created. Features and beta availability may change with reasonable notice.
Acceptable use
You may not scrape, bulk-copy, republish, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, disrupt, probe, or use automated means to extract the question bank; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; evade rate limits, access controls, or suspensions; interfere with other users; or use the service unlawfully. You may not submit patient identifiers, protected health information, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
Content, notes, and feedback
PulseQ and its licensors retain rights in the service and educational content. Your account gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use it. You retain ownership of notes you enter and give PulseQ permission to process them solely to operate the service. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation.
Availability, changes, and enforcement
The beta is provided without a service-level commitment. Features, content, access rules, or the beta itself may change or end. Access may be suspended or terminated for security threats, abuse, access-control evasion, unlawful conduct, or violation of these terms. We may preserve records reasonably needed for security, disputes, legal compliance, and service integrity. If terms materially change, the version date will change and renewed acceptance will be requested when required.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, availability, or examination results. Educational content may contain errors or become outdated. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PulseQ and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost opportunities, or reliance on educational content. For claims that cannot be excluded, aggregate liability arising from the free beta will not exceed US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow particular limitations, so those limitations apply only to the extent allowed.
Governing law and disputes
Applicable law governs these terms and any dispute, including any consumer protections that cannot be waived. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact support@pulseqbank.com and allow 30 days for an informal resolution, except where immediate relief is legally available.
